And to do that, we must arm ourselves with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">disciplinary<\/span> to asking ourselves critical questions\u2014and be willing to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">consistently<\/span> ask and thoughtfully consider those questions before rendering judgment.<\/p><p>The Learning Matchmaker in collaboration with Lourdes Training has created <strong>Mastering Self Dynamics Program<\/strong> a blended solution that helps each employee (a talent, a new recruit, a new manager, or a long serving employee) become more <strong>skilled in their critical reviewing skills through a learning habit<\/strong> of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">watching<\/span> video lessons, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">writing<\/span> on customised action notes and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">scoring<\/span> their answers.
